Step 1

For preparing stuffed tomatoes with pork, soak the bread in milk.

Step 2

Mince the pork.

Step 3

In a bowl add in the soaked bread, minced pork, garlic, parsley, shallots, salt, egg yolks, bacon fat, 1 tbsp olive oil, nut meg and pepper powder. Keep this stuffing aside.

Step 4

Pre heat the oven at 200 degrees celsius.

Step 5

Cut off the top of the tomatoes to make a lid and spoon out the inside.

Step 6

Fill each tomato with the stuffing.

Step 7

Put the stuffed tomatoes into a oven tray, spreading the pulp around the sides and pour over with the remaining olive oil.

Step 8

Bake it for 40 minutes.

Step 9

Stuffed tomatoes with pork is ready.
