Tamarind Chiller

For preparing tamarind chiller, mix tamarind pulp with 5 cups of water.

Grind green cardamom powder, sugar, black salt, pepper powder, cumin powder, carom seed powder and salt to a fine powder.

Add this mixture to the tamarind water and mix well.

Decorate with mint leaves.

Tamarind chiller is ready. Serve chilled.
