Step 1

Beat the eggs and keep aside.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 3

Add onion and saute, till light brown.

Step 4

Add coriander powder, chilly powder and turmeric powder.

Step 5

Mix well, till the raw smell goes.

Step 6

Saute tomatoes, till the oil separates.

Step 7

Add salt, curry leaves and tomato sauce and water.

Step 8

Allow the gravy to thicken.

Step 9

Add the beaten eggs and let it get cooked.

Step 10

:- It will be like scrambled eggs.

Step 11

Sprinkle crushed pepper.

Step 12

:- Serve hot with chappathis or bread.

Step 13

:- Can make the same using green chillies, garlic and ginger. Then, there is no need to use tomato sauce and pepper.
