Instructions
  1. Beat the eggs and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add onion and saute, till light brown.
  4. Add coriander powder, chilly powder and turmeric powder.
  5. Mix well, till the raw smell goes.
  6. Saute tomatoes, till the oil separates.
  7. Add salt, curry leaves and tomato sauce and water.
  8. Allow the gravy to thicken.
  9. Add the beaten eggs and let it get cooked.
  10. :- It will be like scrambled eggs.
  11. Sprinkle crushed pepper.
  12. :- Serve hot with chappathis or bread.
  13. :- Can make the same using green chillies, garlic and ginger. Then, there is no need to use tomato sauce and pepper.
