For preparing thandoori chicken, clean the chicken and drain the water completely.
Take a bowl add turmeric powder, chilly powder, pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste, red colouring, curd, lime juice and salt. Mix it well.
Marinate the chicken with this paste for 6 to 7 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Roast the chicken pieces in a griller till the chicken pieces are cooked.
Thandoori chicken is ready. Can be served as a starter.
