Step 1

For preparing tomato coconut chutney, heat kadai and fry grated coconut for 5 minutes.

2)In a processor, add onion, tomato, chilly powder, garlic and fried coconut. Grind them well.

Step 2

Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds, curry leaves.

Step 3

Season it on chutney with required salt.

Step 4

Tomato coconut chutney is ready.
