Tuna Fish Curry

Step 1

Drain water and oil from the canned tuna fish and keep aside.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan and saute onions till brown.

Step 3

Add ginger, garlic and curry leaves and saute for a few minutes.

Step 4

Add tomatoes along with little salt and stir till the tomatoes are mashed.

Step 5

Now add fish masala powder, chilly powder and coriander powder and stir for a few minutes till the oil separates from the masala.

Step 6

Mix the tuna fish along with 1 cup water, pepper powder and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 7

Remove from flame and pour few drops of coconut oil.

Step 8

:- serve with rice
