Instructions
  1. Drain water and oil from the canned tuna fish and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and saute onions till brown.
  3. Add ginger, garlic and curry leaves and saute for a few minutes.
  4. Add tomatoes along with little salt and stir till the tomatoes are mashed.
  5. Now add fish masala powder, chilly powder and coriander powder and stir for a few minutes till the oil separates from the masala.
  6. Mix the tuna fish along with 1 cup water, pepper powder and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from flame and pour few drops of coconut oil.
  8. :- serve with rice
