Step 1

Saute garlic in a wok.

Step 2

When it turns light brown, add the vegatables except the tomato till they are cooked,

Step 3

Add the zeal and soya sauce (use low flame preferrably).

Step 4

Transfer the vegetables into a baking tray.

Step 5

Slice the tomatoes and top the vegetables.

Step 6

Grate the cheddar cheese and cover.

Step 7

For taste, you can sprinkle a bit of bread crumbs and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degree till the chesse melts.

Step 8

:- Get a tray that fits exactly.
