My version of vegetable bake

Cauiliflowerr

Zucchini

Mushrooms

Green peas

Tomato
ripe and medium
Oil
As reqd

cup
Cheddar cheese
2
tbsp
Soya sauce
1
tsp
Zeal
1
tsp
Garlic
paste
Instructions
Saute
garlic
in a wok.
When it turns light brown, add the vegatables except the
tomato
till they are cooked,
Add the zeal and soya sauce (use low flame preferrably).
Transfer the vegetables into a baking tray.
Slice the tomatoes and top the vegetables.
Grate the cheddar cheese and cover.
For taste, you can sprinkle a bit of
bread crumbs
and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degree till the chesse melts.
