  • Carrots(medium) - 2 nos
  • Broccoli - 1 floret
  • Cauiliflowerr - 1 floret
  • Zucchini(medium) - 2 nos
  • Mushrooms(white preferred) - 5
  • Green peas - 1/4 a
  • Tomato(ripe and medium) - 4 nos
  • Oil(As reqd) -
  • Cheddar cheese - 1 cup
  • Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Zeal - 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste - 1 tsp

Instructions
  1. Saute garlic in a wok.
  2. When it turns light brown, add the vegatables except the tomato till they are cooked,
  3. Add the zeal and soya sauce (use low flame preferrably).
  4. Transfer the vegetables into a baking tray.
  5. Slice the tomatoes and top the vegetables.
  6. Grate the cheddar cheese and cover.
  7. For taste, you can sprinkle a bit of bread crumbs and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degree till the chesse melts.
  8. :- Get a tray that fits exactly.
