Step 1

Remove the sides of the bread slices.

Step 2

Take a bowl of water and dip the bread slice one by one in it and remove immediately squeezing out water in your fist. Keep aside.

Step 3

In a bowl, take soaked bread, onions, cheese, green chillies, finely chopped coriander leaves, carrot, kasoori methi and salt.

Step 4

Mix well and form small balls.

Step 5

Take maida in a bowl and add about 4 - 5 tbsp of water and make a smooth thick paste.

Step 6

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 7

Dip the cheese ball in the maida batter and roll over sooji or bread crumbs.

Step 8

Put it in hot oil and deep fry until golden flame on high flame.

Step 9

:- Serve hot with ketchup.
