Vegetable Cheese Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 8 nos Bread slices
  • 4 nos Cheese cubes
  • 1 no Onion finely chopped, medium
  • 3 nos Green chillies
  • Coriander leaves A few sprigs
  • 2 tbsp Grated carrot
  • 1 tsp Kasoori methi optional
  • 2 tbsp Maida
  • 2 tbsp Bread crumbs or Sooji/Rawa
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Remove the sides of the bread slices.
  • Take a bowl of water and dip the bread slice one by one in it and remove immediately squeezing out water in your fist. Keep aside.
  • In a bowl, take soaked bread, onions, cheese, green chillies, finely chopped coriander leaves, carrot, kasoori methi and salt.
  • Mix well and form small balls.
  • Take maida in a bowl and add about 4 - 5 tbsp of water and make a smooth thick paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Dip the cheese ball in the maida batter and roll over sooji or bread crumbs.
  • Put it in hot oil and deep fry until golden flame on high flame.
  • :- Serve hot with ketchup.
