  • Bread slices - 8 nos
  • Cheese cubes - 4 nos
  • Onion(finely chopped, medium) - 1 no
  • Green chillies - 3 nos
  • Coriander leaves(A few sprigs) -
  • Grated Carrot - 2 tbsp
  • Kasoori methi(optional) - 1 tsp
  • Maida - 2 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs or Sooji/Rawa - 2 tbsp
  • Oil for deep frying -
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. Remove the sides of the bread slices.
  2. Take a bowl of water and dip the bread slice one by one in it and remove immediately squeezing out water in your fist. Keep aside.
  3. In a bowl, take soaked bread, onions, cheese, green chillies, finely chopped coriander leaves, carrot, kasoori methi and salt.
  4. Mix well and form small balls.
  5. Take maida in a bowl and add about 4 - 5 tbsp of water and make a smooth thick paste.
  6. Heat oil in a pan.
  7. Dip the cheese ball in the maida batter and roll over sooji or bread crumbs.
  8. Put it in hot oil and deep fry until golden flame on high flame.
  9. :- Serve hot with ketchup.
