Step 1

For preparing vegetable stir fry with white sauce, first cut all the vegetables into dice shaped.

Step 2

Heat butter in a pan, add all purpose flour and fry for 2 minutes.

Step 3

Immediately pour milk and stir it. While thickening, add salt and pepper. Keep this sauce aside.

Step 4

Heat little butter in another pan, fry garlic chopped and add the vegetables.

Step 5

Fry for 5 minutes then add sauce and mix well.

Step 6

Vegetable stir fry with white sauce is ready.
