Instructions
  1. For preparing vegetable stir fry with white sauce, first cut all the vegetables into dice shaped.
  2. Heat butter in a pan, add all purpose flour and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Immediately pour milk and stir it. While thickening, add salt and pepper. Keep this sauce aside.
  4. Heat little butter in another pan, fry garlic chopped and add the vegetables.
  5. Fry for 5 minutes then add sauce and mix well.
  6. Vegetable stir fry with white sauce is ready.
