Heat a pan and put oil in it when it gets hot add mustard.

When it splutters add the onion, shallot, ginger, garlic, tomato, green chilly, curry leaves in it.

When the matter gets brown add the vegetables in to it and wait till it gets half cooked.

Add 2 cup of water and let it boil.

When it gets boiled add rava or semolina in to it by stirring continuously.

When it gets boil off the flame and close the pan.
