Step 1

Mix butter and rice flour thoroughly
into a fine dough.

Step 2

Take jaggery in a vessel.

Step 3

Add little water and melt so that it forms a thick juice.

Step 4

Prepare small balls with butter and rice flour mix.

Step 5

Deep fry the balls in ghee until golden brown.

Step 6

Add these balls to the hot and thick jaggary
juice and allow to soak.
