Step 1

1)For preparing vepillai katti, first wash the curry leaves and lemon leaves.

2)Pat dry. Remove the stem from the lemon leaves.

3)In a mixer, dry grind the lemon leaves and curry leaves. Add tamarind, ajwain, red chillies, salt and blend again.

4)Do not add water.

5)Take it as a small ball.

6)Can be preserved in fridge.

7)Vepillai katti is ready.
