Step 1

Heat milk in a vessel and reduce to 1 cup.

Step 2

Heat ghee in a pan and put raisins, cashews and almonds in a row.

Step 3

Let it turn a little golden brown and put it in a bowl.

Step 4

Reduce the heat and in the same ghee, put the vermicelli and stir well till golden brown.

Step 5

Add milk and cover till the vermicelli tendered.

Step 6

Add sugar and stir well for 2 - 3 mins.

Step 7

If it is cooked well, switch off the heat and put the cream and put almonds, cashews, cream, and crushed cardamom and mix well.

Step 8

Keep it inside the refrigerator for 30 mins and enjoy.
