Step 1

Mix together all ingredients.

Step 2

Make balls off it.

Step 3

Shape them into vadas.

Step 4

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 5

Fry these vadas till golden brown and crispy.

Step 6

:- Serve with any chutney or sauce or plain, hot or cold, as you like.
