Step 1

For preparing whole chicken roast, first clean the chicken inside and outside well.

Step 2

Remove all the water from chicken well with a towel.

Step 3

Prick the chicken with a knife or fork and place in an oven tray.

Step 4

Season with required salt and pepper.

Step 5

Combine butter, garlic, oregano and rosemary.

Step 6

Now rub the chicken with butter mixture by hand.(if with skin, rub inside the skin also)

Step 7

Rub on all parts including inside and outside.

Step 8

Sprinkle paprika above well.

Step 9

Transfer the chicken into a preheated oven 350 c.

Step 10

Cook for 1 1/2 hour and turn the chicken other side and again cook for 1 1/2 hour again.

Step 11

Check the chicken when done and transfer it to a plate.

Step 12

Note: Can add vegetables with chicken like potato wedges, carrot and onion.
