Instructions
  1. For preparing whole chicken roast, first clean the chicken inside and outside well.
  2. Remove all the water from chicken well with a towel.
  3. Prick the chicken with a knife or fork and place in an oven tray.
  4. Season with required salt and pepper.
  5. Combine butter, garlic, oregano and rosemary.
  6. Now rub the chicken with butter mixture by hand.(if with skin, rub inside the skin also)
  7. Rub on all parts including inside and outside.
  8. Sprinkle paprika above well.
  9. Transfer the chicken into a preheated oven 350 c.
  10. Cook for 1 1/2 hour and turn the chicken other side and again cook for 1 1/2 hour again.
  11. Check the chicken when done and transfer it to a plate.
  12. Note: Can add vegetables with chicken like potato wedges, carrot and onion.
