  • Raspberries - 300g(frozen)
    Natural yoghurt - 1/2 litre
    Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
    Icing sugar - 50g


Step 1

For preparing yoghurt ice-cream, blend the frozen raspberries.

Step 2

Add in yoghurt, lemon juice and icing sugar till smooth.

Step 3

Pour it into serving dishes.

Step 4

Yoghurt ice-cream is ready. Serve immediately.
