Ingredients
  

  • 300 g Raspberries frozen
  • 1/2 litre Natural yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 50 g Icing sugar

Instructions
 

  • For preparing yoghurt ice-cream, blend the frozen raspberries.
  • Add in yoghurt, lemon juice and icing sugar till smooth.
  • Pour it into serving dishes.
  • Yoghurt ice-cream is ready. Serve immediately.
