Medical properties are anti-bacteriaal, fungicidal, insecticidal, various ailments of stomach, skin diseases etc

NUTRIENT VALUE :
Very low in Saturated Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Calcium, Phosphorus and Selenium, and a very good source of Vitamin C, Vitamin B6 and Manganese.

CULINERY AND OTHER VALUES :
Garlic used as flavouring agent in mayonnaise products, salad dressings, meat preparations, garlic bread poducts, garlic cheese products, garlic bacon products etc.
