MEDICINAL VALUE :

 May reduce your chance of heart disease by decreasing your cholesterol and LDL levels in your blood. Onions may lower high blood pressure and even help protect against cancer

NUTRIENT VALUE :

 Rich in unsaturated fatty acids and contains arginine and beta-carotene. Excellent source of chromium, high in vitamin C, a good source of dietary fibre, high in vitamin B6 etc.
