 Sapindus Emarginatus

MEDICINAL VALUE :

 It has antibacterial and antifungal properties. Used in treating migraines. They are used in Ayurvedic medicine as a treatment for eczema, psoriasis, and for removing freckles. Washing your skin regularly with soapnuts can help prevent many skin diseases

CULINERY AND OTHER VALUES :

 Soapnuts contain Saponin, a very good natural laundry detergent and hence its pulp is used to make soap. They are commercialy used in cosmetics and detergents
