  • Chicken(bite size pieces) - 1 lb
  • Onion(thinly sliced) - 2 nos
  • Green chillies - 2 -
  • Oil - 2 -
  • Red coloring(optional) - 2 drops
For the marinade:-
  • Red chilly powder - ½ tbsp
  • White vinegar - 3 tbsp
  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
  • Black pepper - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. Marinate chicken in the above mentioned marinade for about 30 mins.
  2. Saute onions and green chillies in a skillet for about 5 mins.
  3. Add chicken along with the remaining marinade and saute, until gravy is thick and chicken is done to your liking.
