Ingredients

1 cup Oil or melted butter
2 cups Sugar
3 cups Allpurpose flour Maida
4 nos Eggs
1 cup Fruit juice
3 drops Pineapple essence
1 tsp Baking powder
Cashewnuts A few
Dates A few, Eenthapazham

Instructions

Make a batter of all the ingredients.
Add a few cashew nuts and dates.
Grease a tin, pour in the batter and bake.
:- This is a cake with a variety as you can substitute the juice and the pineapple essence with 1 cup milk and 3 drops of vanilla essence if you prefer a different taste the next time! And 1234 is the measure of the ingredients!(easy to remember!)
