  • Rice powder - 100 gm
  • Maida flour - 50 gm
  • Red chilly powder - 3 tbsp
  • Ginger(garlic paste - 2 tbsp) -
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Oil - 250 ml

Instructions
  1. Clean and cut the belt fish, each into 4 - 5 pieces.
  2. In a bowl, take maida, rice powder, red chilly powder, ginger garlic paste and salt.
  3. Add water and prepare a thick batter.
  4. Add dry fish pieces to the paste and marinate for 1/2 hour.
  5. Add oil to frying pan, after heating deep fry the fish pieces until deep brown.
