A Sweet & Soft Custard Cake

Take all ingredients in a large bowl.

Mix with a spoon .

Now mix well using a whip for 5 minutes.

Pour mixture into an oiled pan and cook for 30-40 mins on a low flame.

Custard Cake Ready.

Tips : You can make self raising flour by adding 1 ½ tsp of Baking Powder to Plain Flour.
