  • Milk : ½ cup -
  • Custard Powder : 3 tsp -
  • Caster Sugar : 1 Cup -
  • eggs 2 nos -
  • Self Raising Flour : 1 cup -
  • Vanilla Essence : ½ tsp -

Instructions
  1. Take all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Mix with a spoon .
  3. Now mix well using a whip for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour mixture into an oiled pan and cook for 30-40 mins on a low flame.
  5. Custard Cake Ready.
  6. Tips : You can make self raising flour by adding 1 ½ tsp of Baking Powder to Plain Flour.
