1 kg Chicken pieces with bones100 g Corn flour50 g Maida flourGinger (garlic paste - 2 tbsp)2 tbsp Red chilly powder1 tsp Turmeric powder1 no Egg1 cup Bread powderSalt (As reqd)350 ml Refined oilCurry leaves (Few)10 nos Green chillies Mix corn flour, maida flour, egg white and salt in a bowl to prepare thick dough.Apply ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, turmeric powder and some salt to the chicken pieces and marinate for one hour.Dip the chicken pieces in the dough and roll in the bread powder.Take oil in a frying pan and boil. Reduce the flame and fry the chicken pieces until it turns to deep brown.In the same oil, fry some curry leaves and length wise split green chillies and sprinkle them over the fried chicken pieces.
