Instructions
  1. For preparing aaloo mutter masala, firstheat a pan, pour oil and add chopped onion, tomato and garlic. Fry till theyturn golden in colour.
  2. Remove the fried onion from stove and allow it tocool for some time.
  3. Once it cools down, grind it along with red chillypowder, turmeric powder and salt and keep it separately.
  4. Again heat the cooking pan, pour some oilin it and add the ground masala. Fry for some time.
  5. When this masala mix turns into browncolour, add the chopped potatoes, greenpeas, required water and boil well.
  6. Cook till the potatoes and peas soften well. Put offthe stove and decorate the dish with coriander leaves/curry leaves.
  7. Aaloo mutter masala can be served with chappatis,dosa, bread and even with boiled rice.
