For preparing aaloo palak fry, first clean, wash and drain the palak bunch. Chop the palak into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and then add the chopped onion and tomato. Saute well.
When the onion and tomato colour turns into golden, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Mix it further. 4)After 2 minutes, put the chopped spinach and potato into this mix along with some water. Cover the pan with a plate and cook the spinach and potato till done. Thereafter, put off the stove.
