  • Mango - 4 nos
  • Red chilly powder - 3 tbsp
  • Salt - 3 tbsp
  • Asafoetida(Kaayam) - 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard seed powder - 1 cup
  • Refined oil - 250 ml

Instructions
  1. Peel the mangoes and grate them.
  2. Take the grated mango into a jar and add red chilly powder and salt.
  3. Allow to marinate for 3 hours.
  4. Add the mustard seeds powder.
  5. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Heat the oil and while heating add the asafoetida powder to it.
  7. Allow the oil to cool completely.
  8. Add it to the mango mix and mix thoroughly.
  9. Allow it to settle for a day and serve.
