  • Coriander seed - 1 tsp
  • Dry chili - 2
  • Cumin - 1 tsp
  • Mustard - 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek - 1/2 tsp
  • Asofeotida - 1/4 tsp
  • Funnel seed - 1/4 tsp
  • Onion - 1 chopped
  • Tomato - 2
  • Green chili - 1
  • Salt(as taste) -
  • Turmeric - 1/4 tsp

Instructions
  1. Dry roast the spice which are ingredients list and allow to cool and grind
  2. Grind tomato and green chili and keep aside
  3. Cut paneer and toast and keep aside.
  4. In pan add oil temper jeera and saute onions
  5. Now add tomato and grind powder and cook for few mins
  6. Now add salt and turmeric powder and mix well
  7. Now add paneer and mix well and cook for few mins and turn off
  8. Now its ready achari paneer serve with roti's or rice
