Instructions
  1. In a vessel put the achinga payar ,green chillies salt and water,bring to boil for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai add onions and saute for 2 minutes.Add red chillies and saute until onion turns slight brown colour.
  3. Add cooked achinga payar and salt to this and mix well.Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir for 5 minutes until achinga turns slight brown colour.Close the kadai and cook for 2 minutes
  5. Open the lid and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  6. Now achinga payar mezhukkupuratti is ready to serve
