Adai Dosa - Healthy Breakfast

Very healthy dosa made with variety of dhals.

  • Soak rice and all the dhals together for 2 or 3 hours.
  • Wash well and grind it in a mixture or a grinder with the items from Onion to Curry Leaves. :- Dont grind the too soft it should be little bit coarse.
  • After grinding it, add the half onion cut into very small pieces, salt (To ur taste),asafoetida powder and mix well.
  • The batter should be like the one we make dosas.
  • Heat the Dosa tawa and apply very little oil. :- The tawa sholud not be too hot.
  • Pour 1 laddle of doas batter and spread lightly and make sure to keep the flame in the medium.
  • After a minute flip the dosa to the other side.
  • After a minute remove from the tawa.
  • :- Serve with Sugar or u have it as such. :- It is very good for all the people who r it diet.
