Choco Chips / Ground pistachios : for sprinkling on top
Instructions
Dissolve sugar with water, in a pan and allow to simmer in a low flame until a thick syrup forms (around 30 minutes)
Combine the Milk Powder and Crushed/ Chopped Almonds.
Pour this to hot syrup, stirring continuously (don’t pour all at ones, else mix it in parts)
Pour into an oiled dish or use butter paper. Scatter with choco chips or pistachios. Cut into desired shapes when it is half set (later it will be difficult) and allow to cool.
