9 nos Chicken drumstick kozhikkaal
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp English mustard powder a dry table and cooking condiment made from ground mustard, turmeric and wheat flour
1/4 cup Tomato ketchup
1 tsp Ginger paste
1 no Onion finely chopped
1 tbsp Apricot jam
1 tsp Garlic paste

Instructions

For preparing African drumstick, Preheat the oven in 180 degree C.
Mix the ingredients: worcestershire sauce, english mustard powder, tomato ketchup, ginger paste, onion, apricot jam and garlic paste in a flat dish.
Marinate the chicken drumstick in this mixture and keep it aside for overnight.
Coat an oven dish in oil and spread the marinated chicken drumsticks in it.
Bake it in oven for 45 minutes.
Coat the chicken with the curry coming from it at intervals.
Serve it hot. African drumstick is ready. Serve hot.
