  • Rice powder - 2 cups
  • Onions(finely chopped, medium size) - 2 nos
  • Green chillies - 4-5 nos
  • Carrot(grated) - 1 no
  • Capsicum(cut into small pieces) - 1 no
  • Curry leaves - 4-5 nos
  • Coriander leaves -
  • Channa dal - 1 tbsp
  • Mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • Jeera - 1/2 tsp
  • Urad dal - 1 tbsp
  • Salt(to taste) -

Instructions
  1. Mix finely chopped onions, coriander leaves, curry leaves and green chillies, capsicum and grated carrot in a bowl.
  2. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan add fry mustard seeds jeera, channadal and urad dal. 3)Add the above to the rice powder with salt and mix with water to make a dough.
  3. Add oil to this in order to avoid getting stuck to the hands.
  4. Apply oil on a polythene paper or take a piece of cloth.
  5. Make balls of the rice mix and spread one on the paper with your hand in the shape of rotis.
  6. Heat oil in a pan.
  7. Put the roti in it and cook with oil on both the sides.
  8. Repeat the procedure for the remaining dough.
  9. :- Serve with coconut chutney and yoghurt.
