1 cup Maida1 cup Corn flour3 spoons Baking powder2 cups Milk2 gm Yeast (baker`s)1 no Egg2 tbsp Lemon juiceSalt (As reqd)250 ml Oil1 kg Fish pieces3 tbsp Red chilly powder1 tsp Turmeric powder350 ml Refined oil Mix maida, corn flour and baking powder, add one cup of milk and mix well.To about a cup of milk, add yeast. Keep aside for an hour. After one hour add egg white and beat well.dd both 1 & 2 to each other beat thoroughly and prepare a thick batter.To the fish pieces, add lemon juice, red chilly powder, salt, turmeric powder and marinate.Add the marinated fish pieces to the batter.Heat oil in a frying pan.Deep fry the fish pieces one by one until brown.:- Serve hot.
