Aloo 65 is an amazingly tasty and simple snack prepared using the humble potato. There are a lot many snack dishes with potato but Aloo 65 is special, very different from the usual snacks. This is a popular Indo-Chinese dish having awesome flavor and taste. Aloo 65 is perfect as a snack/starter/finger food. The delicious, crispy and crunchy dish is a favorite with all especially kids. Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Aloo
  • 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Corn flour
  • 1 tsp Rice flour
  • 1/2 tsp Maida
  • 1 pinch Red Color Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • For frying Oil
  • As reqd Salt

Instructions
 

  • For preparing the delicious crunchy dish, first peel and chop the aloo in finger sizes.
  • In a bowl add aloo, rice flour, maida, corn flour, salt, red chili powder, pepper, ginger garlic paste and red colour powder.
  • Mix well by adding very little water.
  • Heat the oil and fry the aloo fingers.
  • The tasty dish is ready.
