Ingredients: 5 nos Potatoes (chopped); 2 nos Onion (large); 2 nos Green chillies (slit); 1/4 inch Ginger (chopped); Turmeric (a pinch); 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds; Curry leaves (Few); 2 nos Red chillies (whole); Coriander leaves (Few); 1 no Tomato (large); 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds/Jeera; Salt (As reqd)

Ingredients

5 nos Potatoes chopped
2 nos Onion large
2 nos Green chillies slit
1/4 inch Ginger chopped
Turmeric a pinch
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
Curry leaves Few
2 nos Red chillies whole
Coriander leaves Few
1 no Tomato large
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds/Jeera
Salt As reqd

Instructions

In the pressure cooker add cut potatoes, onion, cut tomato, ginger, and green chillies.
Add little water, salt, turmeric powder and pressure cook for 5 minutes.
Open cooker lid and with a spoon mash the potato a little so that some are mashed and some left as such.
Heat oil in a pan.
Splutter mustard seeds, jeera, curry leaves, red whole chillies, and again one sliced onion.
Fry and pour over the potato mixture.
Add coriander leaves.
Enjoy!!!
