Aloo Bhindi Masala

Aloo bhindi masala is a healthy and delicious side dish for roti and rice. This recipe is a great combination of potatoes and ladies finger in a spicy curry. First we temper the oil with the whole spices add the vegetables and cook them in low flame. An awesome combo of spices is added to this curry enhance its aroma and tastes.

Instructions
  1. heat oil in a pan and temper with cumin, fennel,ajwain. to this add garlic,onion ,red chilli.
  2. now add aloo and bindi with salt and turmeric.give a stir. cover and cook
  3. make a combo of spice powders, besan, red chili powder, coriander powder, aum chur powder , garam masala
  4. when the vegetable is cooked, add the spice powders.
  5. when cooked and oil separates serve with roti or rice.
