Aloo Bread Fritters

Aloo Bread pakora is an Indian fried snack. It is also known as bread bhaji. A common street food, it is made from bread slices, gram flour, and spices among other ingredients. The stuffing in this pakora is made with aloo masala and this sandwich is coated with gramflour mix and deep fried in oil. This is an excellent snack for children .

Ingredients
  

for coating:

  • besan 3 sp
  • ajwain a pinch
  • red chili powder 1sp
  • turmeric 1/4 sp
  • salt to taste
  • baking soda a pinch

Instructions
 

  • in oil fry some cumin seeds, onions and mix some mashed aloo.
  • to this add green chili, dry mango powder and coriander powder.
  • in water mix besan salt, another ingredients for coating, to a semi thick consistency.
  • in bread slices spread sauce
  • over it keep the aloo mix.
  • close it with another bread and cut diagonal.
  • dip it in besan mix and deep fry it.
