Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Potatoes
  • 1 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1 tsp Mango powder
  • 1 tsp Chilly flakes
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing aloo fry, first cut potatoes in length.
  • Half cook the potatoes with salt.
  • Mix together chilly flakes, chaat masala, mango powder, coriander leaves, chilly flakes and salt.
  • Toss them well in a bowl. Stir in cooked potatoes and mix well.
  • Drizzle little oil and bake them in oven.
  • Or fry it in oil. Aloo fry is ready.
