Aloo Gobi - Dry
Easy and yummy side dish 4 rotis and rice

Aloo
chopped, potatoes

Gobi
florets separated, cauliflower
1
tsp
Jeera
Ginger
garlic
paste - 1 tsp
2
slit
Green chillies
1/2
tsp
Turmeric powder
1
no
Capsicum
chopped
1/2
tsp
Chilly powder
1/2
tsp
Coriander powder
1/2
tsp
Garam masala
powder
Salt
As reqd
1
tbsp
Oil
Coriander leaves
chopped
Instructions
Pressure cook the potatoes for 1-2 whistles with little
salt
& water.
Drain and keep aside when cooked.
Heat
oil
in kadai and add jeera and let it splutter.
Add
ginger
-
garlic
paste, slit
green chillies
,
capsicum
and saute for some time.
Add cooked potatoes and cauliflower florets and saute.
Add
turmeric powder
, chilly powder,
coriander powder
and
salt
and saute.
Cover cook till cauliflower & potatoes are done.
Add
garam masala
and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves.
:- Aloo Gobi - Dry is ready!!
:- Serves the Aloo Gobi - Dry as a great side dish for rotis & rice!!!
