Aloo Gobi Paratha

This is one more variation of making aloo paratha. both gobi and aloo are favorites and their combo in this parathas is too good. here the stuffing is made of boiled and mashed potatoes, blanched and grated cauliflower and a few spices. they are easy to assemble for morning breakfast

Instructions
  1. Prepare wheat dough from wheat, salt and water
  2. chop the cauliflower, and capsicum
  3. boil the aloo and mash it
  4. heat the oil in the pan and saute caspsicum
  5. add cauliflower and mix it
  6. add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, and garam masala, mix it and allow to cook for 5 mins
  7. add mashed aloo and mix it
  8. take a small ball from dough and roll it
  9. stuff the aloo gobi masala and cover it
  10. roll it again
  11. heat the tawa and cook the paratha by applying ghee /oil in the both side
  12. now aloo gobi paratha is ready
