Aloo Gobi Sabzi

Ingredients
  

  • aloo 3 no.
  • gobi 1 cup
  • onion 1 no.
  • green chili 2 no.
  • garlic 4 no.
  • cumin seed 1/2 tsp
  • red chili powder 1 tsp
  • tur

Instructions
 

  • chop the aloo, onion, garlic and green chili
  • cut the cauliflower in the medium size
  • heat the oil in the pan and temper the cumin seed
  • saute the garlic and green chili
  • add onion and saute it for 3 mins
  • add aloo and mix it
  • add cauliflower and mix it
  • allow to cook for 5 mins in medium flame
  • add red chili powder, salt and turmeric powder and mix it
  • allow to cook until the aloo and gobi get cooked
  • now aloo gobi sabzi is ready, garnish with coriander leaves and serve with chapati
