Instructions
  1. chop the aloo, onion, garlic and green chili
  2. cut the cauliflower in the medium size
  3. heat the oil in the pan and temper the cumin seed
  4. saute the garlic and green chili
  5. add onion and saute it for 3 mins
  6. add aloo and mix it
  7. add cauliflower and mix it
  8. allow to cook for 5 mins in medium flame
  9. add red chili powder, salt and turmeric powder and mix it
  10. allow to cook until the aloo and gobi get cooked
  11. now aloo gobi sabzi is ready, garnish with coriander leaves and serve with chapati
