Put the above tikkis into the oil and shallow fry, till they become golden brown and crispy.
:- Serve with coriander chutney.
For preparing corriander chutney:
Take a handful of fresh coriander leaves, one medium sized onion, 4-5 garliccloves, one green chilly, half spoon roasted jeera, amchoor powder and salt to taste. Add the desired amount of water to the above ingredients and grind them into a fine paste .
